We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Delivery across Canada usually takes 7–16 business days, and we email you a tracking number so you always know where your parcel is.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order to any address in Canada, with no minimum spend.

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia and are delivered in Canada by Canada Post or a local courier.

Because orders ship from outside Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency may charge sales tax and, for some items, customs duty when your parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, follow our return steps when it arrives.

Check the size guide next to the size selector on each product. If you're between two sizes, contact us and we'll help you choose.

Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return by emailing us. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged or wrong items. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 days of us receiving your return.

The more items you add, the more you save: 10% off with 2 items, 15% with 3 and 20% with 4 or more. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.

You can pay by credit or debit card and with the other methods you'll see at checkout. All payments are secure and encrypted.
