How do the extra savings work?

Mix and match different styles and sizes: buy 2 items for an extra 10% off, 3 for an extra 15% off, or 4 or more for an extra 20% off. Your extra saving is applied to the reduced prices automatically at checkout.

Will sold-out sizes be restocked?

No. We have to leave our store and are closing Clara & William, so we are clearing our remaining pieces. If your size sells out, we will not be bringing it back.

Shipping is free on every order to any address in Canada, delivered with Canada Post. We prepare your order in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–16 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Orders ship from outside Canada, so customs may charge sales tax or duty on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely happy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Once we receive it, we refund you to your original payment method within 15 days.
